If you are a business partner’s employee, we may delete your personal data from our systems within 7 years after termination of your employer’s agreement with us, insofar as no longer duration is necessary to be compliant with applicable laws. We may also retain your personal data during the period needed for us to pursue our legitimate business interests, conduct audits, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements.
