Zensoft’s project workflow is grounded in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, along with our own proven SDLC that has allowed us to successfully execute projects on time and on budget, ensuring transparency at every development stage. By utilizing our SDLC we had experience in implementing software that has passed SOC 2 audit, and also was CIS and NIST compliant.
All projects are not created equal, some require a custom workflow. We are more than happy to help our customers to setup a custom workflow they need, using the set of instruments they prefer.
Project managers at Zensoft have a cross discipline background including IT, project management and are part of distributed development teams. It is important for a Project Manager to keep both clients and developers synced, which requires awareness of technical details of a project and the ability to communicate clearly. We empower our team through regular workshops and seminars of different technical topics for non-developer employees.
Our project management team is committed to continuous professional improvement by completing certifications such as: PMP, Certified Scrum Master, CAPM, Associate in Project Management, and many of our project managers are PMI members.

We believe it’s critical for our clients to have a clear understanding of where their project is at every stage of the development process. We use Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Project, Bitbucket/GitHub/Gitlab, Slack as part of our project management stack of tools, while also developing our own software solution to provide full transparency to our customers. Currently it’s being used and tested internally, however, we plan to release it very soon and integrate it to all of our projects.
