We’re looking for an exceptionally driven and motivated sales leader - the founding member of our sales organization who will help scale our sales initiative. As the Director of Sales, you’ll be an integral member of a top-talent global team at the forefront of developing our global sales team. You’ll be establishing processes, developing best practices, and building an entire sales machine.

You'll be teaming up with the executive team members, project managers, and designers from diverse backgrounds who are challenging every assumption about software development. You’re an enthusiastic, passionate self-starter with experience in building a team in the past. At heart, you’re a hands-on, creative, out-of-the-box thinker who doesn’t wait for instructions to bring value.

Responsobilities

Drive sales, develop leads and prospects, close deals, maintain client relationships.

Nurture a consultative sales culture and become a trusted advisor to assist our clients in achieving their business goals.

Develop a deep understanding of each client's environment, development processes, and technology stack.

Develop and implement a plan/strategy/system to build a healthy pipeline, increase conversion rates, and optimize sales cycles.

Define a strategic method and cadence for conducting outbound efforts.

Systematically improve lead qualification processes to maximize team efficiency and lead quality.

Provide operational excellence to produce reliable weekly, monthly and quarterly sales pipeline and forecast management.

Hire, develop, and grow a sales team.

Requirements

Excellent leadership skills that create trust, openness and consistent achievement. 8+ years experience of selling enterprise software/technology products or services with emphasis on consulting.

Willingness to roll up your sleeves and sell.

Experience in C-Suite and VP level relationships and maintaining key customer contacts (enterprise market)

Proven, consistent successful track record and exceeding annual quota

Start-up/High Growth experience and managing an early stage territory

Knowledge around software development process, Agile, SaaS, DevOps, and various software stacks is a must

Strong technical background

Forecasting and qualifying skills

Dynamic presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence, persuade and negotiate at all levels to achieve win-win results

Demonstrate high levels of integrity, initiative, honesty and leadership

High-growth startup experience

Ability to travel, as needed

Pluses

Experience in selling software development consulting or professional services

Prior experience in multicultural international environment

Sales engineering background
