Zensoft is looking for an exceptionally driven and motivated Solutions Architect to drive product/software development projects. You'll be helping clients solve exciting technological challenges and achieve their business goals while teaming up with the executive team, exceptional developers, project managers, and designers from diverse backgrounds who are challenging every assumption about software development.

As part of a top-talent global team, you will be at the forefront of working with our most valuable clients to drive enterprise level software development projects from kick-off to full completion. This role calls for creating and maintaining long-term relationships with Zensoft strategic customers, managing complex projects, consulting assignments, and technical escalations. You will have an opportunity to dive into a variety of cutting edge fields including Data Science, SaaS, Blockchain, Machine Learning, and AI. Not only will you become a subject matter expert, you will be able to guide and advise customers around solutions within these fields of expertise.


Drive complex product development engagements, diving deep into the business needs, technological challenges, scale and performance requirements, and architectural nuances while maintaining a high satisfaction rate.

Ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and outcomes are achieved as promised.

Own overall relationships with assigned clients while creating a platform for continuing value growth and repurchase loyalty toward Zensoft services.

Develop and drive execution of overall account engagement strategies with clearly articulated milestones and success criteria.

Deliver solution architect services following best practices and established procedures through proactive communication, strategic advisory, technical consultancy, service reviews, escalation management, training and more.

Work closely with project management teams, engineering, upper management, and sales to advocate customer needs, resolve technical & business issues, define feature requests, and collect customer feedback.

Pioneer the enterprise customer success playbook, processes and best practices and transfer that knowledge efficiently to new team members.

Facilitate cross-functional meetings between customers and internal teams Identify up-sell opportunities, work with the sales team to develop strategies to close renewals.

Maintain an in-depth understanding of company offerings, methodologies and software development processes.


5+ years of relevant engagement/project management/service delivery/technology consulting experience preferably in a Professional Services/Software Development capacity.

Knowledge of application life cycles and cloud architectures.

Proven track record of customer success and satisfaction.

Architectural thinking, prior software development, devops, QA or Product Management experience in a mission critical and scalable system.

Confidence in communication with a technical audience and business focused sponsors.

Experience in working with Enterprise customers.

Fast learner, problem solver, ability to work in a fluctuating workload environment.

Ability to work with a globally dispersed, cross-cultural team.

Driven, dedicated team player with creative ideas to inspire customer adoption.

Poised in high pressure situations, capability to think quickly on your feet when working through issues.
